actually, i am not a secretary, i am a company secretarial staff in a listed company, got to work overnight to 6am at least 2 times a year if i am lucky, 3 or 4 times a year as normal, i don't want to be like this anymore, i would like to pick a personal assistant but they all request serve "one" top mgt experience, not the whole department

i will try Ashtanga M or Hatha M when i am fully recovered, i went to see doctor and have injection this morning, i am getting better right now, i TOLD myself this is the last time i need injection, BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL

have you tried acupuncture? one of my yoga friend she also got hurts before.. needs to do the acupuncture every week.. seems better than injection!

interview 時會考架嘛.....我真係連聽1-10都有問題架, 細細過成日比隔離d 太太講普通話是非嚇怕左, 到大左都好討厭

我12月尾出全份double pay, 我而家resign 都有double pay 的

i picked co sec coz of high salary than sec, and half-professional are more easy to find a job, 1997 case proved i am right, i didn't lose my job when the unempolyment rate is high in hk, but i hate it very much, i rather to be a secretary, even serve his ALL family members and friends is more simple than COMPLIANCE, 2 sec for 1 boss absolutely a bonus.....

i have not tried acupuncture, this doctor is ok for me, i was too careless last week

for my case, co sec ass is more easy to join than pa, i have not passed HKCEE, but now, all PA need University gradulate unless you were hired long time ago, anyway i will try my best to find one suitable for me, my first aim now is to cure my lower back problem.....

usually market price of 10 years experience of co sec ass is around $30K, but i got 50% only coz of i hate this nature, i didn't upgrade myself by passing the public exam

that's why I finally chose sec not co sec course.. cos I know I'm not co sec materials... I'm lazy & only like yoga ar, beauty ar... diving ar..

i guess it depends on your luck, my friend to be a secretary for 8 years, asked for $18k but unsucceful, she said lots of competitor flight against a vacancy

that's a good news for me, is she one month notice or immediate available ? and she must be fluent in english and mandarin, is it a 5 day job ? work in central ? need to 24-hours on call like you ?

it's a must to let baby learn indecent Eng if u have a 賓賓 at home. i don't suggest learning Eng from this way.
yes, start from vocab. such as sun, leave, book whuch he has know the meaning in Chinese already. and then teach him the Eng. of course, need to make revision often. u can revise in a play mode such as testing attitude "ha, boy, who u know what is book?" then give him some positive regard when he can ans. never scold. another game is funny, like a competition to say out the object in Eng when touch it. see mom is quicker or boy is quicker. still, give positve regard to him. not a must to give him snack or gift, just smile/crap ur hand/appreciate by wording.
advanced course: short order-ask him to do sthg such as "close the door" / give me a book/ give mom a kiss.... and say thank you to him after that.

extra info:
don't worry ur children will "forget" chinese while u always speak Eng with him. once they go to school, they will find the best language to communicate with teaachers & classmates. they will start using chinese more than Eng coz their teachers use Chinese. they want to get teachers' attention.

yes, ur children will be confused ONLY IF u don't give him explanation. won't u?
if there are over 2 languages in ur home, ur children will start saying a bit later than other children coz they have to digest it with a bit more time. don't ever think ur foreigners can teach ur children Eng, u fool! phil eng is phil eng. i don't want for being rude but it's......my professional. i need to say that coz i care abt all ur babies.

how many Chinese can pronounce cantanese/mandarin 100% correctly.

don't eat too much juke food.
don't let ur children eat too much snack. coz the ingredient inside such as MSG would have bad effect on children's development & emotion. children will easily get hyper while having too much snack coz lots coffein & uneccessary energy inside.NO COKE AT ALL. if u want ur children overreactive or moody without control, just go ahead.
and, children need to use extra energy to digest or get rid of those juke food or toxi. they can't pay fully attention in studying.
but, don't be too harsh, snack can be kinda reward too.

it's supported by lots med report. believe me.

why yogi can keep stable emotion & have sensitive sense? u know why? what yogi eat?? think abt it & u will know
