上次因為放工後同同事打邊爐, 唔可以返屋企pick up bb先, 咁唯有去toilet手擠奶, 真係唔敢要返啲奶呀...

That's true that it's convenient and easy to go out with your bb so that you can just nurse her right there. Since I'm living in California and there's a law that nursing mom has her rights to nurse baby anywhere in public, I have seen some women doing that even in a shopping mall when some other strangers are sitting next to her or on a bus when other passengers are there. Honestly speaking, it's not that difficult when you get used to it and it's not even embarassing when it's so popular here. For me, I usually nurse my daughter in my car if I go out with her and she needs to be nursed. Sometimes, people pass by but I don't think that it's really matter to me as I would always wear a jacket which can cover the important "scene".
I know some women using a nursing cover which is very easy to use and definitely good for young kid to be nursed in public. My SIL's friend nursed her son in front of the other friends with that nursing cover and kept talking to them.
For expressing milk in the toilet, if it's clean, it would be alright. There's a nursing room at my office and every nursing mom can use it which is well-equipped with a pump and chairs, magazines and a cassette recorder (gone now). But, some of my coworkers like to use a store room and bring their own pumps. The bottom line is that I would wash my hands and bottle before expressing then I would close the cap and put it into the refrigerator right the way.

遇到咁多問都咁堅持，我而家先開始，我囡囡50日啦，希望可以好以你地咁比到囡囡全人奶啦，同恭喜你地就黎可以榮休啦。
