我已經減左差唔多2個月了...暫時都減左15磅...
開頭的1個月好乖,日日都做足運動..
但唔知點解最近,可能見有D成績,開始曳,成日都用'累'黎做借口,間唔中唔做運動, 又成日心郁郁想偷食...D份量又會食多2啖... 好似度 ...
