e幾日天氣又cool 又熱, Charmmy都傷風,兩行鼻涕流到落口唇, 睇醫生食左三次藥水都唔諗住再比佢食, 因為d藥真係好勁, Charmmy食左藥無晒笑容!:-(

abc noodle. . .係呀, no salt, no 調味. . .用少少湯 cook lum 佢先. . . .then 加上 vegetable/fish ('yung' or very small pcs).....LO 埋, 食得!!

肉. . . .tried 一次pig肉碎. . . 未係好得. . . .fish 一定得!! pig肉 or pig潤. . . 大大舊, 來調味!!
