Mcdull, I can share your difficulties and feeling. Facing a lot of problems, like extreme shortage of manpower and heavy workload, I find myself feeling very down. Luckily, my boss is understanding but both of us are also in such difficulties. Being a working Mom is really very difficult and tiring. While I rationally understand that He will give us the necessary strength to face the challenges/difficulties we face everyday, I still pray earnestly for a change of post very soon............. :cry:
