雪梨南北杏蜜棗燉川貝!!!!
I use one 雪梨 (no skin no cord), one 蜜棗, about 15 each 南北杏 and half of teaspoon of 川貝 powder (about 10 川貝).
I use hot water with all 雪梨南北杏蜜棗燉 about 2 hours then add 川貝 for another half an hour.
bb & adults can drink it!! (I like it too)!!
Hoyin drinks it like water (I tell him that it is pear juice).
You need to make it for at least a couple of days to see effect!!
