I may not buy the pump now because I don't know I can/can't giving the breast milk. If I can, I will buy the Avent manual pump (all the breast feed mom said that it is very good). I will not purchase the electric pump, but I know the brand medxxx is a good brand for electric pump.

上個星期去聽講座,d姑娘話只要有恆心就一定可以餵人奶喎.

至於電泵定手動泵好d,有d朋友話比我知手動泵係無mug用,因為要泵好耐先泵得好少,手都軟埋先得1安,而電泵就唔同,快而且慳力. I also know the brand medxxx is a good brand for electric pump but cost around $699-$1000, depends on single pump or double pump.

原本我11月7號去左搵agent請賓賓(已經睇o岩一個),點知agent打電話o黎話阿賓賓又有o左bb o黎唔到喎,所以我聽晚又要再去睇下喇!黑仔! :-(

我想問下妳地打算幾時開始食涼野去胎毒呀 ? 妳地又知唔知有邊d 涼野係無咁涼呢 ? 我而家開始食芝麻糊, 一星期食一次囉 ! 請大家多多指教 ! :-P :-P :-P

我而家(29周幾) 都開始食涼野了.我都係食腐竹糖水(奶奶煲).但係就冇特定幾耐食一次 .

i also take 腐竹雞蛋糖水 recently (made by mother-in-law). good for skin ga!

same with coolpig, i also still haven't bought bb stuff, except the babybjorn carrier and some bb clothes (given by others). hope that my b won't come out early la.
now i'm 28 wks and my weight is between 119-122 lb (don't know why everyday different). :-P i feel tired very easily and my b really kicks me very strongly loh.

I support autism acceptance!

我覺得bb開始踢得比較大力左少少, 你地有冇覺得呀?

我未開始食涼野呀, 等多一個月到, 即32週先啦, 我驚會早產呀!

你地有冇便秘的問題, 我個case好奇特, 兩三日先有, 但一有就一日兩三次, 救命 :-x .

請問你地而家可以食芝麻糊？而且芝麻糊可以去胎毒？但係我聽人講會食到bb好黑唔係白雪雪。

no la, my mom ate 芝麻糊 very much when she has me and my twin sisters, and all of our skin 白雪雪 (so true) and our hair 黑mun-mun ga. she always encourages me to take more 芝麻糊 now ga!

Thank you. I went to the store today and found the pump. The double pump looks weird maybe I need to get use to it.

It is good to know that 芝麻糊 won't affect the bb skin color. Since my hobby is very dark, I don't want to eat anything that will make my bb's skin even darker.

How often can you eat 芝麻糊? Do you make it yourself?

我冇便秘的問題. Have you try to eat plum or fruit? I read from a book that plum is good for pregnant women. You can also try 芝麻糊, ah. From the previous article, I learned that 芝麻糊有通便功效. Hope your problem will be solved soon.

Maybe one or two times a day, I feel she kicks me a bit stronger. Do you feel your bb move alot now? My bb is so lazy these days; she doesn't move which make me worry.
