我知間間公司都有不平事,但如果新到步,應該冇知得咁多,hence會開心d.

我部門有個大秘書好鐘意講事非,唔係你話做獨家村就可以名節保身,只要你唔埋佢堆or你表現好過佢,佢都會篤你背脊講你事非.even佢表面同你friend,但分分鐘已篤到你背脊穿.

我公司係律師樓.我有16.5日,8星期番一次星期6(聽講出年開始番5日),有tenancy allowance,medical allowance, maternity allowance,有ot,有$500開工利事,有bonus,公司會contribute 5% to mpf,自己又contribute 5%,但要做足10年先可以100%攞足公司既contribution.

usually all adm works are all handled by other depts, but have to deal with boss's family (tough one, at least in my co).

But I understand the feeling... cos before I transferred to this dept, the ex-big sec... very touble, even your dress code, she also involved!!! short la... why no suit la... & why drivers are all so free.. ask them to sit in the office to help other depts....crazy!

呢d咁既大秘書通常係揸住雞毛當令箭,諗住一人之下萬人之上,所以不斷係到攪風攪雨.最衰係我呢到既admin manager都buy佢老闆,所以個大秘書就打橫行咁濟.

我以前都唔明白點解佢地咁鐘意周圍講人是非, 仲要加鹽加糖喎, 而家睇左 <<
呢度就明白哂了, 係本質, 亦即係"業力", 以前我會absolutely agree with 如果自己本身做野係掂的話,好難特登調校去就d crap staff喎, 但而家明白左後, 唔再執著就可以相處到, 但唔係話整懶自己去就佢地

admin mgr 點可以唔 buy 大老闆呢?? 就算唔 like 大老闆既作風, 只可以點樣做出"雙嬴局面"

so complicated discussion! then I 唔執著 in the company mean I've 好的業力? :lol:

For me - in the office.. I don't like to find any fasles from my colleagues... I just want to do my best for my boss, & how to stay good with my partner. Why somebody likes 執著, just as you said..she missed somethings on her character.. or in her mind.

hmmmmm...i believe in God (Jesus), so I tend to believe this kind of colleagues is lack of something in their characters rather than done something bad in their previous life.
