sorry to hear the news. we all understand it's so disappointing to see m comes, but let's think on the positive side, there's always hope. i'm sure all of us will be here to support u.
as for my ivf, i will do it at sanatorium hospital & i've started the nasal medicine last fri to suppress the hormones. have already brown discharges these 2 days, so i think my m will come anytime. then i need to go back to dr ho to perform ultra sound & will probably start injection on day 3.
I went to see dr yesterday (day 3) and found that I had cysts again. Dr gave me birth control pills to take for 2 weeks to see if the cysts disappear by then. This is the second time I have cysts, the first time after my 2nd IUI.
My husband wants to do another IUI (4th one) before deciding to move onto IVF.
dun worry too much about the cysts. my dr said it's very common to have cysts after iui. i basically had cysts all 3 times after the cycle of iui. but my dr didnt give me any birth control pills. he said it will go away naturally in the next cycle.
so r u going iui this cycle? or do u need to rest for 1 month? anyway, wish u good luck.

last time, my cysts went away in 2 weeks' time with birth control pills. Dr. said the advantage of taking BCP is to shortened the wait. So, I will take BCP for 2 weeks. Hopefully they will go away by then and I will start my next IUI cycle. A month's wait seems loooooong.
IUI around $8,000-10,000 each cycle. More expensive dosen't necessarily mean higher success. I have seen other sisters doing IUI for mush less ($5,000-6,000).
For IVF, I am not sure. Like IUI, it depends on which doctor and which hospital. I think it can range from $60,000 - $100,000
Mar ? --- my chinese ec said it's better to wait for three months before starting iui. She said it takes time to improve the egg quality.
The first m after miscarriage is a bit longer than your normal one. I found both the volume and duration are much more and longer than before. I did ec and she said it's normal. As my experience, the second m will be back to normal. So, don't worry.
i'm still waiting for my m to come. have had brown / pink discharge since last friday already. so m should come any day. b4 doing iui treatment, i usually had about 2 days of brown discharge & m will come. but now these discharge can last for a few days. the longest time was 7 days. do u gals have this problem?
I heard from Chinese EC before that this may indicate not sufficient progesterone. Did you have your progesterone level checked before? Maybe you should discuss with your doctor. In my last IUI cycle where my progesterone level was super low, I also had brown discharge for a few days before I saw red blood.
In my first IUI, I also had brownish discharge for 7 days before my m came. My doctor said there is nothing we can do. So just wait and see.
I just had my 2nd IUI done. don't know the result yet.
