I guess most working class will eager to know the announcement made by Donald Tsang (Chief Executive), the policy address the reduction/subsidy on certain areas and for which we might benefit:-

1) Lower or lapse the domestic helper levy HKD400;
2) textbook allowance;
3) water bill allowance;
4) electricity allowance

Finally have the announcement

曾蔭權宣布，因全球油價及糧食價格急升，令基層及中層生活受到很大影響，他決定推出總值110億元的利民紓困措施，以下為10項相關措施。

1)港鐵推出學童半價優惠
2)再免2個月公屋租金
3)向合資格學生派發最多1000元的開學津貼
4)增派2個月的高齡津貼
5)增1個月的[url=]綜援
[/url]及傷殘津貼
6)豁免2年外傭徵費
7)增半年1800元電費補貼，令全年總額增至3600元
8)撥出1億元作為短期食物援助
9)凍結政府收費1年
10)與[url=]消委會
[/url]合作，增加超市等物品價格的透明度，進行格價。
曾蔭權表示，政府將於本周五向立法會財委會提出撥款申請，但由外傭徵費涉及修改附屬法例，所以要到9月才可實行。

Kiyomi has try to sit on the toilet, but no wee wee and just one piece poo for one time only..............hahaha~~but if she has poo poo in her nappy, she will pull her trouses to let us know..............

*sigh*.. I wish.. he is normal..
if he is having problem. they will send a teacher to do the early intervention.. kind of home schooling for Gabriel.
He only says 1 word.. that is baba.. that's it.
we know that.. something is going wrong.

吾使特別擔心, 我姨生仔係Australia情況同Gabriel 差吾多, 細Owyn 一個月, 咩野都吾得, 連baba 都吾識講, 又要食奶嘴,去親街仲要坐車仔, 好多問題, 我細妺好擔心, 覺得壓力好大, 好辛苦, 終於決定帶佢返HK 比我亞媽特訓

返佐黎一個月, 可能見人多佐, 佢既進度吾錯, 已經介佐奶嘴同bb 車; 介埋要攬住訓果2 隻公仔, 笑容多佐, 而家wee wee 仲識拎個potty 比婆婆, 睇電視仲開始哼主題曲, 所以對多d 人,多d人同佢講多d 野會好d, 我諗佢返學會好d 嫁喇。

hihi, no, this is not cancellation but suspension for 2 years only, but can benefit a total of HKD9.6K.

Also another 6 months of electricity allowance with the capped of HKD1.8K effective by next March 2009, followed by the previous announcement of the same 6 mths electricity allowance with the capped amt of HKD1.8K effective in Aug, so a total of HKD3.6K.

So the grand total is HKD13.2K.

Kiyomi 呢幾日都係唔肯喺 toilet for wee wee or poo poo，我教佢講嘢，佢好多時用喉嚨發音...........唔好擔心啦，Gabriel 咁叻仔，好快會跟得上同齡嘅小朋友

vv歲幾兩歲時去健康院見姑娘, 個姑娘都話vv說話方面有d遲緩, 只係得單字, 唔識講簡單句子, 但而家有時想佢靜吓都好難, 所以你唔洗太擔心, suspect啫, 即係就算佢估中, 情況都係輕微, 小朋友細細個, 又有專業人士睇住, 一定好快就"back to normal"架!

dear all,
thanks for support.
it is not easy to cope with..
as we have a gifted child and at the same time, I have a development delay as well..
very difficult to adjust myself.
we are being very patience to gabriel, no matter we go, we take him with us.
like today, I brought him to work with me.
(actually, I have done my work for the day, then I went home and pick him up, and we went back to office {I have to hand in my work}).
he saw a lot of people everyday.. but he just doesn't talk.
