我地舊屋用teletra覺得又貴又唔好service,所以今次新屋改用optus,唸住平d多d用量,明明9月10日已經登記好9月21日星期五去新屋裝線,我地就22日搬屋,唸住好完美,點知等左一日唔見人,問返佢地又話customer service day off要等星期一再問,結果星期一問時佢地話電腦19號先收到order,所以要10月2日裝,打去投訴,結果一樣,激死人.:-|
I was using optus few years. I did confirm optus a month ago to get my new telephone line and DSL connection in my new house on 4 June. they told me u have to be home between 9am-1pm. so i waited for them until 12 something, the techinian called me he will be my house in 2 hours. But I said i can't wait u after 1pm, cos my hubby was doing floor sanding and polishing in the new house, the floor is wet so nobodying can come in. so he booked me next day 5 june between 9am-1pm again. THat day he came actually at 9am, but nobody was there cos i still in the old house, i didn't think he will come so early. and he left message, u arrange another time again. 激死我. Finally he did my phone connection.
Two days after the phone connection, the phone doesn't work, no dial tone and ringing ton. so i rang them to arrange time to fix it, but they said i have to paid $105 to get fix. I said why, it wasn't my fault. but they said is the company policy. so i and my husband were really angry, and told them disconnect my service with optus including the DSL. so they keep me waiting more than an hour to do the disconnection(i was using mobile phone to ring me). so i just hang up the phone and waited until tomorrow go to the shop to do the disconnection.
next day i went to optus shop but they couldn't help, i have to ring the customer service again to get the disconnection done. I used their phone in shop to ring customer service again, and need an hour again to do the disconnection cos they found that my home phone no is not belongs to me so they can't do the disconnection without the person's permittion. FInally, the high positon person from customer service to disconnect my services. 我同老公好激氣同發火點解可以咁架. 重冇同我哋講SORRY嚟,好似佢哋冇唔啱.
