千其唔好信食糖會對牙齒好!

坊間話對牙齒好既糖其實只不過比普通糖無咁易導致蛀牙, 原理同減肥一樣, 你食普通糖你會提醒自己會蛀牙wor, 唔好食咁多好wor, 可能都會節制一下; 食代糖產品你會以為真係唔會蛀牙, 唔會肥, 便難以節制, 結果比之前仲食多左, 蛀牙/肥既機會可能仲大左!

好似webjen所講, 最緊要減少食糖份! 但如果真係要食, 都盡量減少frequency....舉個例, 同樣三粒糖, 你分三個唔同時段食, 同你一次過食哂三粒糖比較, 蛀牙機會係多三倍既...
我明白比老人家揍既難處, 但那個始終係自己仔女, especially關乎健康既, 一定要有自己立場! 佢小朋友而家已經成口蛀牙, 已經係好有力既証據去叫99唔好俾糖佢食! 唔好以為就咁補左第時會換就咩事都無, 恆齒而家已經慢慢在佢地既牙床骨形成緊, 而家係最critical time, d人有四環素斑,氟化斑之類既恆齒問題都係呢個時間引起, 如果而家乳齒因為蛀牙引起發炎, 亦直接會影響到恆齒既健康, 影響深遠架!

講開牙齒, cc呢排唔鐘意刷牙, 又氹又盛先勉強刷到佢前排d牙, 出動埋vicky呢個人物, 佢仲可以夠膽c話vicky都唔刷牙

遲d返k1, 早上分秒必爭, 遲o左就冇校車搭, 唉! ......

但係...衰人唔易做呢

That's why I can't stop myself brushing the teeth for him afterwards. BTW, he still does not know how to 'lur' the water out. How can I teach him? I showed him myself but when he tried, he swallowed the water instead

好彩小豆b都好合作俾我刷牙, 我既做法係同佢一齊刷, 跟住我刷完再幫佢刷多次, 一路刷一路唱刷牙歌, 唱完兩次就bye bye牙刷! 同yhk有d似呢!

不過小豆b都係未識poo水, 佢一有水喺口就本能地吞左

所以我而家都仲未俾佢用牙膏住...
細佬仔而家都有刷牙習慣架喇, 可能細細個開始有呢個習慣會易接受d啦!

Did U give them the voucher afterwards? My sister also could go that day. I left the names of my sister and niece to them. Well the mistress said that it was mainly for giving them the voucher on that day and letting the kids get used to the school

But, they asked me to tell my sister to give them the voucher as soon as possible as they want to send the whole patch to EMB.

Tim is attending N1 but I think they don't arrange the teeth-brushing time for the nursery class. I expect he will do so at the new school

Tim recently had more time being 'not cooperative', at dinner time, teeth-brushing time, etc. He would say'聽唔到媽咪講咩' But it only lasted for a short period of time for each episode and he will be back to normal ?-( ?-( ?-(
