yeah I am unlucky to have a bad midwife esp during labour. but I thanks GOD for it as its relatively short

haha...I do it the cajun style (but hubby thought it's chinese...let me see if I can remember correctly:

put in a plastic bag: 2 teaspoons of canjun spice powder + 1 teaspoon of ground paprika + 2 tablespoons of plain flavour (so that you get the skin crispy). For extra spicy flavour, can add 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder.

do some cuts on the chicken wings so that the marinates get inside the meat and it cooks easier

put the chicken wings into the plastic bag 2 or 3 at a time, so that you can squeeze outside the bag, take it out and put them onto a plate.

put into the fridge to leave to marinate.

20 mins before cooking, take it out from fridge and do the second time of coating the marinate onto the chicken wings again.

Use a pan with a shallow layer of oil and use low/medium fire to shallow fry (very greasy but it tastes good), alternativey bake in the oven.

no way for me to have the 3rd here, unless i live in city rather countryside!! the environment , where i live is very good, brilliant; however its quite bored since i dont drive, cant do anything without driving!!!!

actually im quite enjoy the job what im doing! coz that is a family run hotel, the boss and his family are extremely nice!! i love his mum a bit, she is over 80!! but she is lovely!!!! and all the colleagues are good as well!! i love to going back there to work!!
