Long time no chat! I have just bought the Earth's Best Sesame Street Yummy Tummy Instant oatmeal for Tim(Maple and Brown sugar flavour) at the breakfast time.
BTW, how much milk(bf) do your bbs take each day now? Due to the heavy workload, my milk supply drops drastically and I have seen the Chinese Practitioner. He said that I was weak at blood circulation and 'air'. :-( :-(

Actually i m almost retired lah, Yuk Nam takes 2-3 mins for 1-2 times a day, for sucking (comforting) more than for drinking. My job is very busy that I cant take enough water and rest, I didnt pump for long lah and I can feel I am "drying".
Try your best lah, dont give yourself too much pressure, Tim is now a big boy and can take so many food other than breastmilk
BTW, Yuk Nam also takes cereal as breakfast now, I just give him Gerber oatmeal cereal, have to try the earth's best one :mrgreen: where did u buy?

You have to take good rest, too. YOu know, my health was better after giving birth to Tim. But, because of the heavy workload and stress, I became weaker.
For the Earth's Best oatmeal, I surfed their website to get an understanding on their product for bigger one. Then I chose the Sesame Street Yummy Tummy Instant Oatmeal (maple and brown sugar flavour). THey have banana, apple and strawberry flavour as well. I bought it from CitySuper. It's expensive. I wonder there is any other outlet for this line of product. ?-( ?-(
