I think your maid should have a copy herself, so you no need to provide your copy to her, but she needs to provide the contract to the agent for application (to show to the immigration & general consul).

Someone told me that should be paid by half half (share with maid), but I said should be paid by employer...

as long as you have paid the $580, that ntoice is not important at all (this is what Ms Hui told me when I paid as I had lost my notice too :mrgreen: ). I think she will give us more detail afterward.
