well, the modern vegetarian rest (su sik yat ka)in Cameron Rd still running or not? yummy wor. next to KFC , sthg like that. do u know it? let's hv dinner there on Thur la. or the vegetarian hot pot? but i hvn't tried that one.

make sure Thur is not Chinese 1st or 15th wor.

我都係好懶按摩... 但若果真係咁快見效, 我諗motivation 都強d.

如果你要減canada meat, 係搽另一隻叫body sculptor oil. 呢隻我有支sample, 我愛黎搽肚腩... 不過搽左兩日個肚腩比我搽損左...

唔知係咪我太大力定唔夠多油

但我好深信呢隻body sculptor 係可以減手臂架, 雖然我愛黎搽肚腩, 但因為按摩成五分鐘咁耐, 隻手真係好累好累呀................

響PY, 有時都見到有d 女人著條褲短到泳褲咁短架... 件top 多布過bikini 少少. 我仲見過一個著件闊闊地既t-shirt, 但入面冇著爸爸既添. 真係咩都睇晒架.

我試過枝 bust volume 真係好強, 一次就work, 但 body sculptor 搽肚完全唔work

你隻手臂瘦可能係你不停按摩個肚, 用力活動佢咪瘦囉,

冬天就快手快腳, 沖完熱水涼用firm oil 按摩2-3分鐘囉, 舊年我未諗通點解佢要用"橙精油", 所以走去買左枝, 但跟住就整傷左 lower back, 枝油一直放係度未開添, 今年不停做 nadi sodhana, 意外地比我諗通點解佢要用橙精油, 理論上可以diy 既

呢個世界乜野女人都有啦, 白色 bra top 飛丁周時都見, 我一向都覺得我唔係幾怕羞既, 你話我件衫低胸得滯唔岩你, 我老公見過話好睇, 上次我著第二件上堂, 訓係地下做, 咁岩件衫現出左個肚, 老師幫我按肚既氣前, 順手幫我拉返底件衫, 我頂唔順呀, 我諗我有面紅呀, 唔係好接受到我訓係度時一個男人攪我件衫囉, 但執我動作又無問題喎

I used both... but don't feel any changes wor... maybe I didn't use at least 5 mins to massage la... lazy ma... usually only 1-2 mins after showering.

我未餵完人奶呀,所以你錯覺我唔需要升空遊囉.可能我停餵後我對升空既需要比你更急切.

我呢個sat去唔到做yoga,因要帶女上phonics,趕唔切.但下星期6應該會做yoga,但應該只上satyanada yoga,因long week放12:30pm.
