很多人都說新加坡與香港很相似，同樣是繁華大都會，也一樣是美食天堂。馬拉菜、印度菜、西餐、廣東菜、潮州菜、福建菜、海南菜……隨便就說得出一大堆美食菜式，總之一提起去新加坡「搵食」，人人都會眉飛色舞。原來，不少經常出埠的明星藝人，也覺得新加坡是覓食的好地方，究竟有幾正？不如看看以下介紹。

要說新加坡至正食點，可以問問識飲識食兼識歎的吳君如。早前君如就去了一趟新加坡，依照她各方好友提供的「搵食線報」，尋訪各大美味食店。究竟準確度有幾多，一起跟君如看看！

第1站　文華馳名海南雞飯
到新加坡不可不食的，當然是在新加坡發揚光大的海南雞飯，無論大酒店抑或街邊小店，間間都可以有超水準表現。就如老字號文華酒店，他們炮製的海南雞飯，就馳名了30多年，而且一日24小時隨時都可以order。君如這次更有機會一睹海南雞飯和醬料的製作過程，「個飯同醬汁簡直『無得彈』，師傅說米先用上湯浸了十幾個鐘，怪不得吃來特別香，醬汁就用秘製方法去做，一定要食哂先好走！」君如更說，在新加坡食海南雞飯，的確比香港任何一間都好味！

第2站　亞坤秘製咖椰多士
不說不知，君如最愛吃咖椰多士。去到新加坡，當然也要四處搜尋這種道地美食。幾經試食後，君如極力推介「亞坤咖椰多士」。亞坤咖椰多士歷史悠久，1944年已開始營業，據說至今仍保存當年做咖椰多的秘方。咖椰其實是用椰漿、糖、奶等混成的醬料，各家秘方都不同，亞坤的似乎得到最好口碑。他們的多士特別多咖椰，絕對是大件夾抵食，更創下日賣千多件的紀錄。君如還推介亞坤的奶茶，夠香夠濃，來一杯配合咖椰多士同吃，就更是至高享受。

第3站　坐河畔拆黑椒炒蟹
河岸海鮮館位於新加坡的心臟地帶Clarke Quay河旁，是全國最長的河畔餐廳，供應的主要是海鮮菜，坐在河畔用餐，更可順道欣賞日落景色。餐廳設有open kitchen，可讓食客欣賞到廚師的烹調過程，絕對是視覺享受。

至於鎮店之寶，就是辣椒蟹和斯里蘭卡黑胡椒蟹，這兩道菜更得到不少報章和旅遊雜誌推介。辣椒蟹其實是以濃郁番茄辣醬煮的硬殼蟹，黑胡椒蟹就以斯里蘭卡黑胡椒配以秘製香料烹調而成。無論哪一種做法，上桌時都香氣撲鼻，蟹肉鮮甜有肉汁，愛拆蟹的人一定要試試。

第4站　香料胡椒肉骨茶
有聞新加坡有十大必吃美食，肉骨茶是其中之一。新加坡的肉骨茶跟馬來西亞的不同，他們會用豬腿骨熬湯，熬至豬骨無味之後，就換另一批豬腿骨繼續熬，確保湯有濃郁的肉味。要數肉骨茶的表表者，不得不提眾明星追捧的「發起人肉骨茶」。這裏的肉骨茶分有藥材及無藥材兩種，而湯裏頭又加入了秘製香料和胡椒，香濃冶味，難怪劉嘉玲、盧巧音都大讚。

第5站　小印度玩民族look
從Rochor Canal一直延伸到勞明達街（Lavendar Street），有一個民族特色區「小印度」。小印度原本是沼澤地及家畜放牧場，至今仍是當地印度人的日常聚集處。君如到訪亦不忘來個刺青（可洗掉的），又穿上鮮艷華麗的印度傳統服飾Sari，大玩印度民族look。

小印度內，有一間以咖喱魚頭馳名的Banana Leaf Apollo。咖喱魚頭分有大中小三種分量，用南印度調味料炮製，譚詠麟、張達明也極力推介。君如試過後，也說味道夠傳統，就連最愛吃的魚眼都有咖喱辣味。

Manadarin Singapore 同 Meritus Mandarin 係兩間唔同嘅酒店黎

我7月中去星就係住 Meritus Mandarin (Orchard Road)，double room都幾大，房內仲有sofa，不過張床好高，阿仔差啲爬唔到上張床度....

我阿哥剛在上星期去完星番黎，開頭想book Meritus Mandarin 不過full晒，之後book咗Singapore Oriental (Marina Square).原來佢地剛裝修完冇耐，阿哥comment啲房幾靚，還有海景，早餐都好 yummy.

呢2間酒店應該都唔錯！！

Sorry 剛剛才見到你post的問題！唔該晒肥仔媽咪代答！

其實沿住Orchard Road 已經有好幾間書店:

1) Kinokuniya 在 Takashimaya 2座3/F，好大間，close 9pm。我覺得呢間最正!!又大又多品種，不可不買的是 Oxford Reading Tree (stage 6 or above)，比香港平成40% (以原價計)。我7月中去果時都見有好多ORT都幾齊，上星期有BK mum 報料話 stage4 &5 已經斷咗貨la！！

2) 行前少少 Orchard Road MRT站附近有 Popular，不過呢間比較細

3) 再行前啲過埋馬路有間Borders(在Wheelock Plaza)，好似有成3層都係 Borders書店，close 11pm

得閒去Orchard Road 打吓書釘la！ :wink:

I tried restaurants recommended by bk mums. good,

crab is my favourite, we went to newton food centre for chilli crab, $2.5 per 100g, cheap but good taste and clean.

we also went to clark quay for mud crab, $4.5 per 100g. very big crab and can be cooked in many styles, we tried the ginger/onion crab, taste very "cantoness" too. (Quayside Seafood 6338 0305 or 6338 0138)

we did not book a seat so was not able to try the seafood restaurant - palm beach seafood restaurant in one fullerton.(tel 6423 0040) it is next to the merlion.

the foodcourt under Takashimaya in Orchard road got Ah Kuen brown toast and many other food stalls.

Kinokuniya got lots of children's english books. the usborne young reading series is of good price- $5.04 (should be 3.99 pound in UK or 40 dollars in HK). we got about 15 books here, suitable for our p2 to P4 students, see web site here http://www.usborne.com/reading_books/young_reading/young_reading.asp

did not ask for ORT.

the other bookshop in wheelock plaza next to orchard road - the boarder, also got lots of children's book, but not able to find any good bargin.

Actually I just come back to S'pore and I really like to go to their Food Court Center, it's taste very good and the price is lower, the best Food Center i recommend is near the Bedok MRT station.

If you like usborne reader, you may go to Country Wind at Causeway Bay. They also sell limited titles of usborne reader at HK$20~HK$25, you can get 10% off if you have their VIP card. Good bargain also.

Hi all,

I just come back from Singapore and Bintan, would like to share some info. to you.

1.荷蘭邨裝修緊, 只係一個地盤
2. 荷蘭邨內的魚頭米粉搬咗去china town, d魚湯好好味, 不過就算唔叫xo魚頭米粉(xo唔係xo醬, 真係酒個張的brandy), 都會有酒味
3. 我冇時間去試出名的海南雞飯, 只係係街一見到就食, 係china town個間好難食, 反而係tampine街邊個間好好食, d飯內有薑粒, 好好味
4. 去bintan的人要留意, 就算撘了mrt去到terrah merrah站, 還到搭多程的士先會到, 因為碼頭離mrt站太遠
5. 機場可以好早check in定, 好似我咁早上12:00從bintan返到星加坡, 而我搭下午5:00機, 我一落船就即刻搭的士去機場(機場同bintan 碼頭近好多), 己經可以check in, 寄埋行李, 唔駛攞住d行李周圍行, 咁唔方便
6. 大眾的mother goose唔平, 成星紙$11.9一隻vcd, 除非去china town買老番, 星紙$5三隻
7. cx係機場terminal 1, SQ係terminal 2
