我都好懶，真係見到小腿出哂蛇皮先死去查d baby oil。。。哈哈。。。其實我想問係咪生完會出斑？我覺得自己生完阿仔之後面好似有斑。。。
最慘係我d膚色咁健康都睇得到d斑同beauty mark。。。証明係好深！
係咪無得救？

On the way home, early off for the last business day. More than half of the people are gone. I am not sure if it can be rescued or not. So far, I don't have much problem, old anyway, LOL. But my problem is grey hair. After gave birth to 2 kids, I get more grey hair, need to do hair coloring every 2 or 3 months. For skin issue, I think that maintain moisture and apply sunblock is crucial for aging problems.

去左10 日。
返黎時，我老公係飛機上睇報紙，佢同我講香港好暖喎，華氏70＋度，我聽到都 ”吓“ 左一聲。

我老公新年頭有半馬拉松跑，要返黎備戰。佢做泳池清潔保養同維修，一人公司，所以唔可以休得耐。返到黎要追返啲工作。

你地就好啦，講緊護膚，我連暗瘡都未搞掂呀。黎美國呢10都不停生暗瘡，近年仲爆多左。就黎4張野都照生。好慘呀

我又衰成日忍唔住手擠，成面印，我老公都頂我唔順，佢間唔中買啲好似proactive果啲暗瘡潔面係我試，但都唔得。呢期試緊acne free.

Also I heard La Roche-Posay Toleriane Facial Fluid (moisturizer) is quite popular - though you won't need to get from US as I heard it's a lot cheaper in France so you may be able to get this closer to you? Seems like quite a lot of makeup artists like using it. I bought a tube and it seems quite moisturizing but it makes my forehead oily. So I guess it depends on what skin type you have too.

Yes, deep fried but I put only half of the oil and it turned out pretty good.

到而家仲爆應該係敏感喎，有無睇皮膚科醫生？上當年我cousin move去canada後都勁爆，係爛面咁濟。。
之後睇皮膚醫生，用佢d skincare好返後，而家無事喇

而家我係咀邊個8字紋開始出，要用d抗紋cream。。。得保濕唔夠我用。。。哈哈

我無睇醫生呀，因為唔係敏感果種爆，唔係一大片，而係一粒粒咁分散黎生。

唉，擠就有印，唔擠粒米就永久珍藏，埋左係面度，真係煩。

Asking for a friend - what books or videos are good for kids to learn Cantonese? It doesn't have to be specifically educational materials, but are there TV shows (even cartoons) or books that'd be fun for them to watch/listen to get them interested? I'm outdated with kids shows...

以前土豆，优酷，無捉咁緊時，我會俾我個仔睇“多啦A夢”。我個仔聽唔明，但都好鍾睇，尤其係多啦A夢大電影。而家土豆同优酷從良，海外無得睇港片港劇，就好難先搵到廣東話版，搵到既都係國語版。
