If I fire her on Dec 15 with one mth notice, she has no pay leave from Dec 15-Dec 27,will that 14 days count? She has to be back and I just let her work for another 10 days instead of paying 1 mth? Is that OK?
I have no ideas of the labour law, maybe you have to consult the agency. But i suggest you ask her leave immediately and pay her one month salary, unless you have a person watching her at the day time, as concern she will do something bad to Ho Lam, kid is more important than money..
if you want to hire a new one, i can introduce my agency to you, she is the sister of my hubby's friend, she will recruit the maid in Philiphines every month, & she will interview them directly, and she can offer you lower agency fee..
i would suggest you don't hire a local transferred maids, as they are more cunning, and may want you to fire them and they get the money back to their home.
