by the way, i hv question again la ... i tried to use less fresh yeast yesterday (pineapple mode) ... wonder y the bread still has "yeast smell" once i cut open it ... but it will usually gone after the bread cool down ...
also, if the bottom of the bread tends to hard ... what is the reason ? cos not enough yeast ? but the upper part of the bread is normal ga wor ...
i haven't even saw 日清高筋 once in 759 tim la ...
i only saw the real thing in market place once ... it's almost $40
but i saw another japan 高筋 brand in 759 lately
