超多人呀, 有些 mat 坐2個人, 都全場滿坐, 冷氣調得很細, 我坐左20分鐘開始缺氧, 頭暈, 天旋地轉, 迫住我打開眼先無事.....

不過一有雜念, 半秒鐘就可以返來啦, 好易集中

i planned t0 go to see 四川睇大佛 too but changed to Qing Dao at last! what a concidence!

i wanna go to 四川睇大佛 . hope next time i can go.

this time i went to Tai Shan , how fresh is the air but i didn't do yoga there, too many ppl la, haha~

我上星期六再去覆診, 醫生話我有進步, 可以開始做返少少asana啦, 但都要繼續10點訓覺.......我星期五晚會上 kryoga ananda......

咁就真係好喇，快ｄ歸隊。點解要10:00瞓??kryoga ananda都好好玩。我依家決定唔上咁多asana b堂，一堂m,可以的話就一堂a,然後therapy同meditation。我反而想做多d meditation class。

今個week無咗唱歌班.等我仲諗住去tim :-(

我諗會等七月去完澳洲返來先正式歸隊, 而家一星期一堂習慣下先啦, 我都鐘意上therapy 同 meditation 架, 尤其是 kamal & arya 既meditation, 但py 既meditation 太夜上唔到啦, 自己係屋企做囉

無左唱歌班.....

10點訓係造血時間喎, 我之前太夜訓, 血質數差導致肌肉無力

2/6 我自己去咋, asia yoga conference 既 bazzar 比我想像中細好多, 30 分鐘乜都行完了, d 野一d都唔平, 我空手而回呀

re hatha solar
首先做兩個breathing: kalpabalti (唔知係咪咁串),另一個係類似kalpabalti既breathing,但inhale時都要好用力的,exhale又要好用力.

之後係asana: cat, 類似warrior, forward bend, backward bend, side bend, 之後就係10-12 sets既sun salutation.由於做得太多sets sun salutation,多到我都數唔到係10 sets定12 sets,只知做到我又頭暈.之後就做simple triangle.再之後既asana係乜我唔知喇,因頭暈暈又悶,所以早走左.
