I think it's O.K. to have it as regular fruit but not to eat as frequent as this diet menu. Besides, I also read article which mentioned people should not have more than 4 pcs. bacon every week, it could cause cancer too. My friends and I stopped this diet menu now.

1. low sugar and no caffeine drink
2. no white onion, no potato, no celery, no white vegetable, no carbohydrate
3. capsicum, carrot, red or green onion, tomato, cauliflower, cucumber, lettuce and spinach
For twelve days and stop for two days
Breakfast: half grapefruit or juice, two eggs and two slices of bacon
Lunch: Half grapefruit or juice, salad, meat
Dinner: Half grapefruit or juice, salad or vegetable (red or green), meat or fish
Supper: tomato juice or light milk
