我對b都係twins, 住Fairview Park, 妳有無join到孖寶會呀, 我地定期有gathering, 最近啱啱玩完party, 全部都係twins, 好熱鬧架

I agree that Fairview Park is really hot in summer, how much is your electricity bill for the past 2 months?

I believe that 1138 is not as good as 850. The garden of 1138 is too small, the only good point for 1138 is that it has a big kitchen and tall ceiling on the ground floor.

My electricity bill is $3,000. The thing is it makes no difference if my air-con is on or not. It is still very hot and my twins really hate the heat. I thought Fairview should be better, coz my husband and I are thinking of moving to Fairview Park wor.

但是我覺得錦绣1138好用啊, 雖然它的花園比850細了一點, 但都己好好用及它有一個大露台, 我在露台放洗衣機, 涼衣架, 一個雙人床般大的游泳池及一張玻璃台及兩張椅在噗茶都卓卓有餘, 我親戚住1050都覺得1138好, 因廚房真的很大,樓底亦很高及不用在花園涼衣服, 有客人來亦不會看見底衣服涼在外面。我想屋仔, 一定是很熱的, 無論住錦绣或加洲, 因四周都沒有大廈姐太陽。

Wah $3,000, mine is $1,500 (我用得好慳?). I know that most of the family is around $2000 to $4000, esp those has fish pond in the garden. Did you on the air-con most of the time? If it's too hot, I will spray water on the garden to lower the heat. I think you can do it too esp on your top floor (天台). You can see some "steam" coming out on the floor

Hey Twins_mummu, did anyone help you to take care your twins? For me, taking care of 1 bb already make me tried, I cannot imagine how hard to take care the twins.

Yes I have a maid, she mainly helps me with the house and cooking, I mainly take care of the twins myself. My air-con is on 24 hours a day, coz my girls really hate the heat and they can't sleep without it. I tried to spray water on the roof top but still very hot ar.....

I also has a maid but dare not let her take care my baby. Have you watched the video about a maid torture the baby under the other discussion topic "論盡家傭"? It's terriable.

Is it one of the twins cry, the other one will cry also? You need to spend double time to feed the baby, I believe that you are a super twins mummy. How many hours sleep that you have everyday?

BTW, any good restaurant in 加州花園? If I drive my car to go to Wellcone there, can I enjoy the free parking?

They don't really cry at the same time, but of coz sometimes they do. I am very lucky coz my twins sleep through the night since they were only 2 months old. I think all mums are super, not just me... hehe

There are only one chinese rest. in Palm Springs, but you can also go eat at the club house, but then you need to tell them the resident's number.... that's me you have to eat with me... hehe...

If we eat in the chinese rest. you can have I think 3 hours free parking.
