我覺得個 RunDown 都 Ok，不過我覺得 Invitation card 應該唔需要，而個蛋糕會唔會大啲 (5Lb??) 比較好呢，因為都有成 30 幾個大人，影相出嚟都會靚啲！

$200/hr or $500/3hrs

因為要場地佈置﹐book 三個鐘似乎比較適合, 爸媽及BB們亦可先行進場settle down. 遲些會進一步update你們有關場地的資料。

BB遊戲區係咪要鋪地顫? 有無idea應該用咩鋪?

Hi MonMonBB, thanks for organizing the place. I am actually out of town now till Oct 21. Matthew is born on 27/12 same as little_ribs bb....another 27th bb!

Besides a clubhouse function room, can we also ask about MyGym? I understand that they can host party for bb after the 1:10pm class.

I guess little_ribs lives in the West Kowloon "4 little dragon". I should meet you earlier cuz we used to live in AquaMarine! I also checked with my clubhouse's function room price is quite expensive and probably not enough space for bb. But since our b-day party is for bb, if we are going to book a clubhouse, I would suggest the kid's clubhouse instead of a function room. I live in Harbour Green and I will call and see whether we can book the kid's clubhouse for b-day party as well. I will call tomorrow morning.

Sorry ar. I just called the clubhouse and they do not allow party in bb clubhouse. I guess when it's Dec, bb can crawl and even walk so I think we should have a place that is spacious enough.

Hi MonMonBB,

Thanks for your kind arrangement, I think your proposed schedule looks fine and I agreed that we don't need invitation card la, since we are all invitated through BK, so no need.

Regarding the function room, I think you can also think of MyGym as I saw from their schedule that they do help to organize party in Sunday's afternoon, maybe you can try and see, as they must have good protection for babies.

$500/3hrs sounds fit for us.
I would like to know,
(i)Does the function room laying with carpets?
(ii)does it equips with audio systems(loudspecker), TV, DVD player?
(iii)Any chairs/tables provided?
(iv)What is the area?

Regarding the budget of the party, we have to check the expenditures of the following items.
(1)venue charge $500/3hrs
(2)birthday cake and the drinks
Birthday cake of 4 pounds from Charlie Brown Cafe
(3)birthday gifts (of course Snoopy)
Every baby has one birthday gift and 4 extra gifts for games winner.
My suggestion to gift:small towel, socks, bibs and T-shirt
(4)decoration & games materials
(5)party stuff (birthday hats/paper plates/cups)
Any more?

I've checked from CB Café, $130/pound for fruit cake, $150/pound for black forest cake and cheese cake, $180/pound for low-fat cheese cake.
I have a coupon of 40% off for all cake purchase.
Please vote for cake choice.

Let say we order a 4-pounds cake, the price would be around $400.
Including some drinks, all cost about $500.
