hello,

my daughter is 1 years old and I already BF for 1 years.. so happy because I only set 6 months, then 9 months, then 1 years.... Now, I hope I can feed her till naturally quit by herself.

However, I found my milk production is much lower than before (only 8 - 10 oz daily since Nov...) She will drink
15 oz at daytime. therefore, I will add formula if not encough stock.... I will try to feed her with the last drop...

Althought it is not an easy task and we have to overcome some difficulties, really hope every BF mum like me, add oil and have a lovely BB!

恭喜你!繼續努力啦!

其實你早晚埋身餵,日間飲你泵出來的奶,應該唔洗加奶粉,BB1歲了,奶只是副食品,應鼓勵佢多食固體.

Congulations ! My Small B also 1 year old (1/11) , still no formula milk. He seems still very like. He only wants 9 oz (afternoon) a day so I only need to pump 9 ozs in
office/ day. I feed him personally in morning & night lor ... HEHE add oil
