今日個sales話我知360無必要用個infant insert, 但美國個website D video demo 又有用, 咁點呀？

I think for new born you need it. If you plan to use when your baby 4 mths+ then no need

thx! i emailed ergobaby to double check, they say the infant insert is needed for all their carriers for newborns

That\'s good you ask them directly! It makes sense you need the infant insert for all their carrier coz newborn do not have neck support at all
