7:00am 220ml milk
10:00am Fruit with (1 Tbsp Oatmeal cereal) or baby Yogurt
12:00noon Mixed Veg puree with baby rice
2:30pm 200ml milk
5:00pm Solid, chicken casserole puree, vegetable cheese, etc
7:30pm 220ml milk
10:30pm 120ml milk (will try to cut this one the end of this month)
My son actually eats a lot but still not chuppy, I think he is just too active!! I start to notice that he is not as keen on milk now. I normally give him water after solid and when he wakes up from sleep.
I read some books, they recommend once solid is established, baby still need 500ml-600ml milk.
