How to remove the paint on the shirt?

There is some stains (paints) on the shirt. Can somebody please advise how to remove it. Many thanks.

For white colour clothing you can remove stain by useing "Chung Chit Yau". For light colour you have to test in a hidden whether or not dye will fade off.

I am not sure about dark colour.
