I got a friend who has a 3 rooms flat on 9/F., near an MTR station in Junk Bay. It is a 居屋. I remember her last tenatn paid about 6,000

Junk Bay is same as 將軍澳 meaning, I hope is right.
before that just say "Junk Bay", but now say that is " Tseung Kwan O 將軍澳"

3 rooms, about 700 sq. ft. I got no idea of the Chinese name, but I know that it is near an MTR station. But my friend is now in Singapore, I have to wait her to come back for further information. Further, I don't know whether the rent include Management fee, rates or not. I have to ask her.
