People tell me not to eat shrimp, crab (not good for baby skin and may cause baby to have allergy) and shell fish (coz may be dirty and contaminated). So basically, don't eat any seafood except fish. Also, should not eat big fish like tuna frequently (less than 2 servings a week).

I have read info from the Internet that menthol might cause miscarriage in some (only some) women in early stage. I will have menthol tea ocassionally after the first 3 months.
But I still avoid chewing gums because those 'sugar-free' chewing gums contain 'Aspatame'(一種代糖) which I remember is not good for pregnant women.
