i give my b eat yogurt at 2pm, which is 1.5 hour after congee, bring out the yogurt from the fridge for 10 minutes before giving baby eat.

I give my baby as snack when he wakes up after the afternoon nap (around 4-5pm). It is also good to taste if you add some fresh fruits to mix with the yogurt.
