我個仔勁鍾意食, 請問有冇媽咪指教下點整。

我整呢個就麻煩d,但就好好味.
d蜆洗乾淨(個殼都要)之後浸鹽水,浸2個鐘其間換水幾次.
之後d蜆就咁用白鑊細火煮熟,煮好後攞晒d肉出黎備用.
而鑊到仲有d蜆汁,用碗倒起佢備用.
先用細火落意粉炒2下再落蒜蓉,之後再落d蜆汁(最底既唔要怕有沙)
大火炒至收水加蜆肉炒匀最後試味唔夠就加鹽就得la.
呢個就成個意粉都好香蜆味ka.
如無小朋友食就可加d白酒仲好味.

Actually if this dish is for kids, there is no problem with the white wine. As this will add flavours to the dish and the alchol will evaporates during the course of cooking.

I don't even take our the "meat" from the clams, just the whole thing and add white wine cook for at least 1-2 mins...then.....even more tasty.

蜆仔 my younger daughter's favourite. actually she is a typical fan of all seafood
