I recently found a buyer from UK ( who claim she is a student) sells brand new chanel in relatively reasonable price and I found the very attractive, some mama said price in UK is cheaper than in Paris. Just wondering did anyone has experience in purchasing new chanel bag from yahoo before?

I didn't buy handbag from Yahoo before,but can she provide the official invoice.
As I know the price in U.K. and France is not much different.

i think nordstrom is a us dept store, but they do ship internationally by placing order via telephone or live chat. the following is a very good forum for authentication check, they are experts and very helpful.

I know there's Nordstorm store from U.S.A., I don't know if there's any Nordstorm store from Paris or not but I can only search different Nordstorm from different state within U.S.A in Nordstorm website.

I don't think there is a Nordstrom from Paris, it is a U.S.A. department store, i bought from there before as well.

I guess if the seller is selling at quite low price, u should be careful about the authenticity! I also sell my used Chanel bags at yahoo at reasonble price, but i don't intend to earn money as my bags have been used before. So depends if the seller just want to get some money from the bag or want to earn money... in this economy, may be the seller just want to get cash by getting rid of her bag at lower price...

if u hv doubts, dun buy it! u better buy from the store and pay a few thousand dollars more, rather than loosing the whole of $18000. sometimes a seller may be using picture of authentic product to sell fake goods.

U are right, my Chanel bags photos have been stolen by some yahoo sellers and they use my pictures to sell their fake bags at yahoo... i am so MAD! that's why i don't post my Chanel bag pictures here or at any websites anymore!

hi fatping1, u may try to print your name in the middle of your photo or write "for baby-kingdom discussion only" to avoid ppl stealing your pic for improper use.

I knew which seller who you refer, I've read her auction in yahoo, but it's skeptical, From the answers that she replied were showing that she is lack of knowledge with Chanel handbag, she doesn't know the size, she told the bidder that the 227,228 are selling in the same price. It's impossible. I bought the 227 recently in France recently, the price is over 18000 HKD and she even doesn't know the reference no. of the bag, I think it's unreliable, if you really want to buy, you better go to Chanel store.

Is that cheaper to get a Chanel from Paris or Italy compare to HK, I heard is about 30% lower than other countries. And also for the design, is that anywhere that I could have the whole selection of the bags, apparently I checked from the official website, some of the bags tha I saw in the store doesnt seems to have on the website

Yes, to compare the price in H.K., it's sure cheaper to buy from France and Italy. It's about 20% to 30% lower than H.K., I think it depends on which style that you buy, and the different exchange rate of European currency. You can search the purseforum.com, there are many reference photos.
