Just found out my maid has borrowed money from a loan company and she has to repay like 80% of her salary every month until 4th quarter this year. In this case, am I need to issue a warning letter to her? I have to employ another one to look after my kids (1-3 yrs) before I terminate her. Thanks for your opinion.
