My helper will be back to phillipines in the coming december. At that time, altogether with her annual leaves and public holiday, she is entitled to have around 21 days. However, after I telling her my situation, she asks me she will take only 14 days.
Because, she also knows my situation.
So, you may also try to tell your helper your situation and ask her whether she can take a shorter holidays in a time.
(p.s. However, you must let her to take at least 14 days when she back to phillipines.)
