Which detergent can remove the dirt on the wall behind a TV?

Since my old maid is gone, my new maid does not know how to clean the wall behind where we put the TV. She made the wall dirtier than before she cleaned it. May I ask who knows what detergent or bleach can be used to remove the stain? Thanks a lot!

Use delute bleach for a small area first, otherwise may try to use jif/toothpaste and add water on tooth brush to brush it.
