開奶用米水

請問開奶用的米水應該點樣煲?幾多米?幾多水?煲幾耐?

其實都無標準, 如果煲開大人食咪煲到d米開就"bud"起d粥水留起開奶, 千祈唔好煲得傑呀(i mean 太濃), 因為會過唔到奶咀, bb"chu"唔到ga!

mchan:
用手攞一次就足夠, 水你要多少冇問題, 少d只係潔d, 煲多數要半個鐘至一個鐘因冇咁涼, 或加果皮都得, 煲起分開d米同水, 水就開奶, 米可以加番落自己餐飯食左佢。
p.s. 我用紅米煲水開奶因會有營養d。

do you 開奶用米水 every day for your baby and do you do it for every meal? I tried for my baby for a week (every meal and every day) but he cannot poo poo in the end. so I stopped...
is it very heaty?
how old is your baby? mine is 7 month old

我多數一至兩星期一次, 米水係用來淸熱喎, 你用米水有冇比少D奶粉, 要比平時少D, 因米水有米氣好飽, 你B可能食'制"左所以冇poo　poo, 我女９個月。

your baby is one day older than mine!! hehe
have you started giving solids to your baby yet? I'm still trying to. it's very hard. and my baby does not like to drink milk recently. do you have the same problem? what's your baby's feeding schedule like?

洗完可以煲，　你可以煲耐Ｄ我就煲一個鐘。Ｄ米唔會比ＢＢ所以唔洗浸開。

hi marshmallowchan,
yeah! our babies are both 7-mths old now!! :lol:
actually i started to giving solids since she's 5-mth old. so far she's doing well, from cereal to congee now. its really not an easy task. now i'm trying to introduce more foods to her, but no meat yet.
my baby does not drink so much milk so far, the best is 25-28oz. a day only. but now she's not even drink more than 20oz. a day. i cannot force her anyway. the good is she's taking more solids! below is her recent feeding schedule:
8:00 milk
12:00 congee
2:30 milk
6:00 congee
8:00 milk
11:30 milk
how's your baby doing then? how much milk he drink a day? don't worry too much, he'll ask for it if hungry.
