Need more info. Is it a laptop or desktop? Which Windows version u r using? Could b merely setting issues.
Meanwhile, if u have time, turn on PC in normal mode. After black screen, wait for 5 mins and then bring it down and jot the time. Boot in safe mode, in search bar, type "eventvwr" without quotations. Go to Systems and c if there're any critical error. May need it later on.
