一係a serious injury，無a就serious injuries.
同埋there was an architect died at that time好怪，不如唔要there was. 即成句：Sadly, an architect who suffered from serious injuries died at that time.
佢一睇完題目就話答案係 "injuries and" 兩個字, 我話只可以答一個字, 佢就話果句句子本身係錯, 因為一句句子唔可以有2個 verb (was, died). 我問佢 there was an architect died at that time 算唔算係被動式, 佢話 die 只有 to die, 冇被動式既 to be died, 想用被動式可以用kill 字再重組句子. 佢知所有jm 既見解後只認同 #5. 最尾佢話段野唔係native speaker 寫喎...
