Work Arrangements in Times of Weather Warning Signal:
If the weather warning signal is issued during a Rest day or Statutory holiday:
1. Upon the issuance of the Pre-Typhoon 8 / Black Rain Storming Special Announcement or Typhoon 8 and Black Rain Storming Signal by the Hong Kong Observatory, the
employee hereby agrees to back to the residence of ID407 within Two (2) Hours under safe circumstances.
2. If the Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rain Storming signal is/are in effect during the employee's rest day(s), the employee, for no matter reasons,
hereby agrees to stay at home due to personal safety and insurance coverage. The employee is not required to work under this circumstance if it is his/her rest day.
3. Employee shall cooperate and hereby agrees to follow all Hong Kong Government's Code of Practice in times of Typhoons and Rainstorms, the employer's arrangement,
safety rules, and procedures.
4. The Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rain Storming signal is not entitled to a rest day if it is a working day.
