7:30pm causal dinner with us (not really eat, but have some soup or rice with us)
8:30pm sleep
8:00-8:30 wake up and milk (8oz)
10:00 little dim sum (fruit/biscuit)
11:45-12:00 rice (近來出牙而且天熱就食番粥)
1:30-3:45 take a nap
3:45-4:00 tea time (a bowl of 2-3 kinds of
fruits e.g. 1 kiwi, 1/2 dragon fruits,
1 banana, 10 grapes + a piece of
cheese) or (one kind of fruit + a
bread with cheese butter)
6:45-7:00 rice / congee
9:15-9:30 milk (8 oz) + story time and go to
sleep
