肩周炎

My relative 肩周炎 - can't be slept for three days, any doctors/method can reduce the painful.

Have visited the doctors with two injections and take medicine. Also visited the 跌打！

several methods:

for me, i am not that serious, only painful shoulder, neck and back.

I went to see a doctor in Central (Dr. Claudia Ng), and she also knows 'chinese needle therpay' as well.

At home, I ask my husband to apply some aroma body oil which helps to soothe the muscle pain and anti-inflammation.
