Is 36.86 considered as a high temperature? Or should be over 37.00?

36.5 以上已經係高溫.但係愈接近end of cycle 應該都有36.7 - 36.9 ar.

I need your kind assistant on this. My temp. is always high (always above 36.5) and fluctuate alot.

Here is my temp. for the last few 2 weeks.

Day 4 36.61
Day 5 36.50
Day 6 36.56
Day 7 36.72
Day 8 36.50
Day 9 36.38
Day 10 36.67
Day 11 36.56
Day 12 36.72
Day 13 36.89
Day 14 36.72
Day 15 36.56
Day 16 36.44
Day 17 36.72

But because my cycle is usually 36 to 40 days and my temp. is raising again today. Should I start working out with my honey today????

Need your advise.

my m should be come these 2 days, however, my temp is above 36.7 for the past 12 days. just wondering when to buy the pregnancy test.

Firstly, I wonder to know did you check your temp every morning at same timing (e.g. at 7am).

Secondly, have you move your body before you test it.

Thirdly, when is your last day of m coming?

Why I ask you the above question? because I found that your temp is fluctuation.

I check my temp. at the same time everyday before I get up for work but sure there would be some slight differences because sometimes I would be 5-10 mins late. Would there be an impact?

Also, I do turn around, didn't get up and lay down again but just turn to get the thermometer. Is that ok? My last day of M is 15 Jan.

aiya, am I abnormal, so worry.

Although, you check temp at same time everybody. But even you move your body or turn around a little bit, it also effect the temp wow!

I don't think you are abnormal. You should be fine.

Are you planning to have a baby only? not prefer boy / girl, right? If yes, I prefer you start to dodo now.
