Anyone can help?

My boy 2.5 years old, but still cry on every early morning, we give him milk and then sleep again.
But he can't sleep well and still cry when he wake up.
How to change him? I don't understand why he cry.
I just think may be he afraid I'm out when he wake up. so he cry mama.. mama..
Anyone could help me?

Does he just cry when wake up only, and calm down later? My son has also cried like that, more in midnight. We thought he had nightmares. We tried to wake him up COMPLETELY, and then he could calm down, and sleep again.
