hello, it is my first time to buy property, would like to know what things i need to watch out when getting mortgage from bank. please share your experience, and items to watch out.
Firstly, u need to go to the bank to evaluate the property u like. It can ensure the price u offer wouldn't be higher than the evaluation. After signing the contract, u can go to the bank for mortgage. U need to prepare yr tax income form, recent 3 month income slip n also bank statement that shown yr salary income.
