Depends on how long has she been working for you. Every month that she worked, she's entitled to 2 day paid sick leaves. But if she's sick for more than 4 consecutive days, you only need to pay 4/5 of it. Any extra days out of the sick leave she's entitled to - no pay.
It's really unfortunate that you are having this problem. My ex-bun also admitted into the hospital for 3 days and the doctor gave her 7 days sick leave after that. And the ex-bun didn't appreciate the medical assistance that I provided her during the period and fired me right after that.
