Ask her to stay until you find a new one. My ex-maid treated me the same way. But her kids are like 14 and 17 years old and still, she felt homesick and wanted to go home. She quit herself and left on that same day. I am now struck with hiring part time maids. It's so difficult to look for maids to take care of young kids. My boy is 17 months old and once the maids heard that por por will be in the house during the day time and I have a baby at home, they refused to come work for me.
