I only can say 斷約 & finish contract ration is: 97:3
Now finish contract is very hard to find.
even finish contract, they asking price is $4,000 to $4,500
And expect 1.5 days off per week.
some 斷約 asked me to wait one month for them to resign, is not only 1 or 2, is mostly like to find another job first and give employer 1 month written notice.
i hired a 斷約 bun bun, she works for me for 2 mths already. she has good personality and attitude, willing to work, no bad habits at all (no mobile, no friends, willing to work on all Sun, not greedy, eat cheap food/leftovers i provided her, she bought her own drinks, willing to take all orders. even i said she's wrong, she just said ok, and gave me positive answers), just that she is a bit stupid and silly...
just need some finetuning (but she can cook quite well now)
i interviewed my 斷約 bun bun, before i hired her i knew she's not v good in doing hseworks and didn't know how to cook (as she worked for a household with 4 maids in the past). she's now taking care of my 2.5 yo kid, my kid likes her because she always reads story books with her.
sometimes employers treat their maids v bad that's why they quit. may not be the maid's fault. my maid resigned because her past employer quarrelled with her HB and then kicked her out from the house when it was 10 degrees and didn't let her go back home.
