Advantage:
1) reliable
2) many parts (original and 3rd parties). Many garage know the car well. So cheap to maintain.
3) higher resell value and easy to resell
Disadvantage
1) common, maybe too common
2) more expensive than competitor of same grade
3) outlook may not be the smartest one.. (but really depends on your taste and preference)
