動脈導管未閉

大家好!

我剛剛做了爸爸. 但由於 BB 早了一個月出世, 所以身體不是太健康.

醫生說 BB 有動脈導管未閉. 會對 BB 有什麼影響?

I presume you are talking about "

DA", if that's the case, it really depends on the size of the PDA.

If it's small - it doesn't do anything and it may close by itself (later on)

If your baby is symptomatic - eg. poor feeding, short of breathe etc, he may need some medications and the symptoms should be easily controllable

In more severe cases (bad symptoms, not controlled by medication), surgery may be required.

In most cases they do quite well, and if it remains patent, it can be "blocked" by a small procedure when he's older (at least 6 yrs or so).

Speak with your doctor - he should be able to explain these things in detail

我個bb而家14個月, 係佢出生之後去健康院做body check時, 都係發現左佢心導管未閉, 之後轉介左去醫院照心電圖睇到唔算太嚴重, 醫生話好多時頭半年bb會自動閉合, 所以當時無野可以做, 最緊要留意bb飲奶時有無呼吸大聱同埋要體重要keep住增加, 因為好多時呢種情況下bb的體重會相對較輕, 咁我的bb六個月後再照都係無自動閉合, 但係因為佢的體重一直好好而且呼吸亦ok, 所以再等到一歲再照, 但係一歲時再照依然未閉, 醫生話如果一歲依然唔閉, 咁自動閉合的機會好微, 所以要做手術令到閉合, 而家在排期中, 其實我有睇過其他私家醫生, 佢地都話其實呢樣問題唔係太嚴重, 亦好常見, 最緊要睇住bb飲奶時的情形同埋體重, 你唔需要太擔心, 同醫生好好傾吓, 希望幫到你
